How to Book an Italian Villa
1. Find a Villa
Review our list of villa properties supplied by the world's best Italian villa provider, Cuendet.
2 .Check Availability
Live availability is shown on each villa's individual page. When viewing the page of the property that
interests you, note the calendar about midway down the page. The weeks shown in green are available, the weeks in red already occupied.
3. Request a Villa Hold
- Once you have found an available villa that you want to book, click the link in the green box for the week that interests you.
- You will be transported to a page where you will be asked for your personal information in order to complete a 48 hour option request.
- Putting a villa on option does not mean that you have booked a villa, but it does mean that no one else can book the
villa for 48 hours. This will allow you the necessary time to submit the booking documents to Cuendet. After your option has been
requested a Cuendet representative will contact you with instructions to finalize the booking.
